Open house

Open house occurs during the first week of each semester. During this week students are able to test the classes they are interested without registration or a fee. However, to be able to continue a course, students must register themselves for the course and pay the course fee. Spots are limited, so it is first come first serve.

Registration

You can register for a course here. In the case you are registering and/or paying on behalf of a student, please follow the instructions given in the form.

Registration is binding at the moment of submission.

Invoice & Payment

Once registering for a course, an invoice will be sent to the payer’s email during the second week of the semester. This invoice must be paid by the deadline in order for the student to remain in the course.

In the case you need a receipt (for friskvårdsbidrag or otherwise), please send us an email with your request.

Unregistration & Changing Courses

If you wish to unregister from a course, you can do so within the first two weeks for a fee of 200kr.

If you wish to switch to a different course, you can do so within the first two weeks for free (as long as there are spaces in the course you wish to switch to).

In Case of Illness and Abscense

You are not required to inform us of your abscense in case of illness or otherwise. We do, however, still appreciate a quick email to know that you’re ok.

We allow you to compliment up to three missed occassions within a semester by attending another class within the same semester.

GDPR

At Serenity Dance, we collect, use, and store your information needed to manage course registrations, payments, and communication in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff and trusted third-party services (e.g., attendance and invoicing systems).
