Ballet
Ballet is a classical form of dance that began in the Italian Renaissance courts of the 15th century and later developed in France and Russia. It is known for its graceful movements, precise technique, and storytelling through dance. Traditional ballets are performed to classical music and often tell a story, while modern ballet can be more abstract. Today, ballet is practiced worldwide as both a performance art and a foundation for many other dance styles.
